Who we are?
The International Strategic Management and Human Resources Institute (SHRM Institute) proudly stands as a pioneer in enhancing leadership capabilities and strategic management in Vietnam. As a member of EAS VIET NAM and affiliated with the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA), we are licensed by the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam to deliver international-standard training and consulting programs.
These initiatives are designed to equip future leaders with the essential knowledge and skills to navigate the challenges within a constantly evolving business environment. Our mission extends beyond training; it encompasses research and the development of a human resource competency framework based on the EAS IHHRM G23.0 standard, affirming Vietnam’s role on the global human resources map.

PRESIDENT, CHANCELLOR
Dr. Bui Phuong Viet Anh (Michael Bui) is a prominent scholar and administrator who pioneered the holistic economic theory and the EAS IHHRM G23.0 global human resource standards.
He earned his Master’s degree from Victoria University in Australia and holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from France. As an expert in management, a strategist, and a global human resource development researcher, he is also recognized as a leading entrepreneur and digital transformation advocate.
With extensive teaching experience at universities in the United States and Vietnam, as well as various domestic and international organizations, Dr. Bui is a respected policy maker in Vietnam.
His areas of expertise include strategic management, leadership, international human resource management, entrepreneurship, and organizational culture, among others. In research, he focuses on holistic economics, strategic leadership, global entrepreneurship, and international relations, underscoring his commitment to advancing management practices on an international scale.
The message conveyed by the ISHRM logo
The ISHRM logo is a sophisticated representation of the Institute’s five foundational pillars. More than just a symbol of branding and identity, it embodies our commitment to creativity, quality, and innovation on a global scale.
The ISHRM logo is designed with a circular motif featuring a blue and white color scheme. The outer circle displays the full name, “International Strategic Management and Human Resource Institute,” while the center features a successful castle and a global emblem, all resting on a backdrop of seven stars that symbolize excellence. The upward-facing lines represent knowledge through books and resources, while the letters signify our core areas of focus alongside the diverse services offered by ISHRM worldwide:
